Curator, project manager, and photographer based in east London.
Originally from Co. Armagh, Zoe Harrison is Head of Awards and Partnerships at British Journal of Photography (BJP) where she manages and curates and oversees BJP’s awards programme and the magazine’s special projects. She has worked with brands such as WaterAid (Sony World Photo Award Winner), LucasFilm, Leica and Oxford University to deliver meaningful bodies of work by both established and emerging photographers.
She has been invited to speak at a number of Universities and events (Kingston University, PhotoLondon Online, Ulster University) and has carried out portfolio reviews at a number of institutions (Photo España, LCC, Falmouth University). During the Covid-19 lockdowns, she also hosted 1854 Presents, a series of weekly online artist talks. Over the past few years, she has contributed several articles in print and online for BJP.
In 2025, she co-founded No Filter, experimental events for women and non-binary people, working towards a more inclusive photography industry.
